Rabbi Shlomo Buxbaum received training as a personal transformation coach in Jerusalem over 10 years ago, alongside his Rabbinic training. Devorah Buxbaum received her Masters in social work from the University or Denver and trained in marriage coaching from several top marriage coaches in the Jewish world.
For the past decade, in addition to their popular classes on Judaism and self-growth, the Buxbaums have been coaching and guiding adults of all ages, as well as teens, to discover their life mission and perform at a high level of excellence in every area of their life. They have helped individuals make massive personal breakthroughs, overcome obstacles, transform their relationships (including marriages and parenting); achieve greater work-life balance and grow spiritually.
What is one-on-one coaching?
A coaching session is meant to empower you to deeply explore who you are and how you want to show up, and to assist you in choosing a course of action to achieve the life that you want. The coaching philosophy is that we all have the ability inside of us to uncover the best path for ourselves and the potential to pursue it. The job of the coach is to direct the client’s focus inwards on a path of self-discovery, to assist in setting concrete goals, and to hold the client accountable for it. A coach gives you support and encouragement until your reach the milestones that you are striving for.
